Each engagement is scoped and priced individually based on the client’s specific requirements. All project terms, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in a personalized agreement prior to the start of work.

Delivery of Services

All services are delivered digitally via email or shareable links (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox). Project timelines and delivery schedules are defined in each client’s signed agreement.

Payment Currency

All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered once work has begun. If no work has started, a partial refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Projects may be canceled prior to the start of work. In such cases, a portion of the initial payment may be retained to cover administrative or scheduling costs.

Return & Revision Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, returns or exchanges are not applicable. Revisions are offered as outlined in the individual project agreement.

Legal & Export Restrictions

Our services are not subject to any legal or export restrictions. We reserve the right to decline work that violates applicable laws or regulations.
